The knowledge base is a searchable web site that offers a complete set of "HOW TO" and "QUICK TIP" artciles for all Autolink users. Each and every Autolink customer can use their user name and password to log in to the Knowledge Base anytime, anywhere.
Help articles are updated as new releases of Autolink are deployed so you will always have access to the most up-to-date information. Once logged in, a list of recently updated articles to insure your agency administrator can inform enterprise wide users of these updates.
Currently the Knowledge Base system is in it's last stage of development and a launch date will be announced by February 20th, 2006. We appreciate your patience.
