For all Autolink customers, please log in to your Autolink account and click
Help button in the upper right corner. You will be taken to Autolink
Knowledge Base which will assist you with your "HOW TO" needs.
If you cannot find help in the Knowledge Base or if you are having technical problems with the application, the best way to get your issue to us is to email it to our
helpdesk at the email address shown below. In your email please state your agency
number and describe the issue in detail. Someone will contact you as soon as possible,
but within 24 hours the most.
