Autolink offers two licensing formats, ASP licensing and Server Hosting licensing. Enrollment details vary pending the type of license required. Below is a detailed description on how Autolink can be rolled out for your agency.
ASP (Application Service Provider) licensing is where Autolink is served, supported and maintained on our servers. This option is the same as signing up for a membership on your favorite web site or logging into your banks site to complete transactions. ASP licensing is best suited for small to medium sized agencies who do not have the internal infrastructure to host, support and maintain internal applications.
Getting started with our ASP Model is simple and can be completed in less then 24 hours, requiring no on-location installation. Simply call us at 604-568-6249 or email us at sales@brokerlinksoftware.com and a representative will walk your through the required steps.
Included in each ASP Model sign up is a 4 hour on-site or teleconference training session. During this session, we will train up to 5 staff members how to set up users and use the system.
- Broker Link is responsible for updates and IT costs pertaining to application hosting and security.
- Broker Link is fully responsible for application up-time, server maintenance, update installs and all connectivity requirements with the ICBC mainframe.

Pruchasing Autolink ASP requires an annual licensing fee as well as a monthly transaction fee. The initial annual fee covers the setup of the application, maintenance and updates for one year. All annual renewals are charged at a reduced rate based on the size of your organization.
The monthly transaction fee is quite minimal and is based on how many ICBC transaction you make each month. The monthly fees have been set up in tiers so the more transactions completed, the cost per transaction decreases.
Any additional training or support required above and beyond the included 4 hour session will be billed hourly based on the amount of staff you wish to train.
Data transfer requirements from currently used systems into Autolink may incur additional charges. Please ask your sales representative about your data transfer needs.
Autolink can be purchased for use within your companies existing network, hosted and served from your web servers. This option allows your company to have complete control over security and user details, as well allows possible customization and network integration.
To host, serve and support Autolink internally, you will need an IIS and MS SQL 2000 Server with full .NET 2.0 capabilities. As a value added service, we can supply your company with hardware, software and installation services to insure your network is streamlined perfectly for you Autolink applications. Getting started with our Server Hosting License requires a plan for installation and deployment. We recommend that our team conducts a needs analysis consultation meeting with your company to determine the best possible solution.
